The origin of the banner

Century 21 was founded in California in 1971 by two real estate brokers. The franchise was one of the pioneers in the field of real estate franchising and its success quickly propelled it to an international level.

Today, the master franchisor is owned by Anywhere Realty Inc., a group that owns several real estate franchises around the world, including Coldwell Banker, Better Homes and Garden Real Estate and Sotheby’s.

The essence of the Century 21 franchise is its family values, accessibility and its brokers’ competencies. With more notoriety than any other real estate brand, Century 21 is constantly renewing itself to position itself among the leaders in its industry*.

The famous “Gold Jackets”.

The first Century 21 agency in Canada was established in British Columbia in February 1976. This international brand stood out, and still does, for its exceptional customer experience. Today, there are more than 14,000 agencies and 147,000 brokers in 86 countries and territories around the world striving to achieve the highest results. It’s no surprise that many high-performing real estate professionals choose to partner with this organization.

At that time, the banner quickly became known for the “Gold Jackets” that were proudly worn by the brokers of the various Century 21 banners. A strategy that was right on target, and that allowed the brand to shine across the country.

Our agency

Century 21 Estrie joined the Century 21 international franchise in 2009 for various reasons, but especially for its values: to have the client at the heart of the brand’s decisions. Over the years, our agency has grown to include experienced and passionate brokers from the region, ready to accompany you in making your projects a success. Recently, we moved to 1763 ch. de la Rivière-aux-Cerises, near one of the most beautiful mountains in the region, Mont-Orford. These new offices allow us to better welcome our clients, in addition to giving our team the chance to grow in a space that suits them, in the heart of nature and close to each other.

Our agency has won the Grand Centurion award twelve years in a row, since it joined Century 21. It is an honor for us to receive these awards, and it is only possible because of our clients.
