Number of Sales & Active Listings

First, the number of single-family home sales in the Eastern Townships is increasing at an impressive rate! Since the beginning of 2021, the demand for real estate in the Eastern Townships has been very strong. In fact, in January 2021, we saw a 43% increase in the number of sales compared to the previous year.

The number of active listings is lower than the previous year. However, as we slowly approach spring, the number of listings on the market will undoubtedly increase in the coming weeks!

Average Selling Price

Second, the average selling price of single-family homes in the Eastern Townships has increased significantly since last year. In fact, the volume ($) of residential sales in January 2021 increased by 60% compared to 2020.
