Active listings

First of all, the number of active listings has decreased somewhat compared to the previous year. In terms of statistics, this corresponds to a 30% decrease in the number of properties for sale on the market in 2022. However, the enthusiasm of sellers is increasingly felt thanks to the exceptional selling conditions on the market.

The average selling price

In terms of average selling price, 2020 and 2021 were exceptional years where we saw record prices like never before. It is clear that 2022 will also be an impressive year, if the statistics are to be believed. Indeed, the average selling price has increased by 24% compared to 2021.
