In Quebec, we are fortunate to be surrounded by magnificent national parks that offer trails, incredible panoramic views and a wide range of activities for everyone. Today, we present you the Mount Orford National Park.
Mount Orford National Park is the perfect place to access many of the most spectacular views in the Eastern Townships.
A happy blend of streams, forests, valleys and mountains, the park’s territory, which covers more than 14,500 acres, offers habitats favourable to the growth of a wide variety of plant and animal species.

Hiking
The hiking trails constitute a network of more than 80 km of trails. They are laid out to offer you happy moments of discovery. Their levels of difficulty vary from easy to difficult.
Road biking
Mount Orford National Park also offers a 5.5 km bike path that is easy for families to enjoy! The trail starts at Le Cerisier discovery and service center, and allows you to admire several types of forests and different viewpoints at the Ours, Cuvette and Martin ponds.
Mountain biking
Travel along the five trails and cross several types of forest environments. You will be charmed by this new experience!
Kayak
Whether you prefer single or double kayaking, Stukely Lake, Fraser Lake and Cherry Pond await you for a great trip. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore the shores and make some great discoveries!
Cross-country skiing
Thirteen trails totaling 50 km of classic and 26 km of skating trails are offered. The trails are marked and groomed so that beginners and experienced skiers alike can find the trail that suits them.
Alpine hiking
Alpine ski touring is now possible in specific areas from the Mont-Orford ski resort.
Snowshoeing
Surrounded by an enchanting winter landscape, snowshoe hiking enthusiasts will enjoy trails ranging from 2.5 km to 16 km, of all levels of difficulty.
