Active Listings & Sold Properties

As for new listings in the real estate market, we are able to note an increase of 36% of active listings in our region in 2023. The pool of active properties is growing in the region.

As for single-family home sales, we note a slight decrease of 6% in March 2023 compared to the same time last year.

Average Selling Price

In conclusion, it is possible to note an increase in the average selling price in the Eastern Townships. This translates into a 6% increase compared to 2022.
